“My therapist has been a life savor. Finding her was a miracle. Her availability works around my schedule. It's phenomenally reassuring how she understands and can even relate to the cultural underpinnings of my overall life experience. I've been seeing her for going on 4 years and only wish I had met her sooner.”

Getting to know Kuljit Mann

My approach to mental health follows a holistic and wellness model. I use an egalitarian process that involves a shared decision-making model. Everyone is different and unique; therefore, the treatment plan will be customized to fit your individual needs and goals. I utilize strategies such as holistic care, mindfulness, and an innovative approach called "geek therapy" to help clients build personal insight. By incorporating topics like anime, video games, and DnD, I engage individuals through their personal interests, making the process more meaningful and wholesome. I hold a Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from New York University, which informs my practice and commitment to evidence-based care. In her spare time, Korey enjoys walks with her puppy, visits to Central Park, archery, anime conventions, and cosplaying!
