About Dr. Kurt Brausen
Dr. Brausen was born and raised in Pierz, a small town in central Minnesota. He graduated from the University of Minnesota at Morris, where he majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry. While in college, he injured his lower back. After seeing various healthcare providers, he began seeing a chiropractor, and within a few visits, his back pain was gone. Upon graduating from Morris, he enrolled at Northwestern Health Sciences University, College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. While at NWCC, he completed a wide array of coursework, including elective courses in acupuncture. Other areas of chiropractic he finds particularly interesting are whiplash trauma, sports chiropractic, and spinal rehabilitation. Dr. Brausen is the chiropractor in Sister Rosalind's St. Paul and Burnsville clinics and has been working with Sister Rosalind for over 20 years.
Dr. Brausen has dedicated his life to healing the body, spirit, and mind. He believes that chiropractic treatment is the most sensible and effective way to treat many common health problems. He also believes in the preventative power of chiropractic care.
In his free time, Dr. Brausen enjoys camping, sports, and spending time with his three children.

I have been going to chiropractors my whole life, but ever since a major car accident in 2022 I have been in severe pain. As soon as Dr. Kurt adjusted my neck I literally cried on the table from the relief I felt. I was blown out of the water!!! I have NEVER felt relief like that from even my favorite chiropractors in the past.. Even one who works for the NFL! I would give ten stars if I could! Thank you so much. Can't wait to go back!

I was amazed that Dr. Kurt was able to help me in a matter of 15 minutes. I don’t know why I waited so long to see a chiropractor. If I had known how much better I would feel, I would have done this years ago.
