The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. They listened to my apprehension about treatment and were very supportive. The provider was caring and knowledgeable. He listened calmly, without the need to rush a patient out the room, and was as thorough as could be. He called in another provider to reassure me of his treatment plan and thoughts, and went above and beyond with making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Kush Patel is empathetic and patient in explaining (I never felt talked down to or like I couldn't ask a question).
