It is important to recognize the influence of our family system in shaping how we navigate these changes. I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and children who are dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship conflicts, and familial conflicts. My goal is to provide the support you need to regain control and effectively manage your life. Additionally, I strive to show individuals who look like me that therapy is beneficial for US.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach involves building a strong therapeutic relationship through conversational techniques. I also incorporate various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). I am dedicated to personal growth and development to ensure that I offer the best possible treatment, tailored to each individual, couple, or family.

I knew I choose right! Great couples therapist, she really knows how to see past our frustration. sh doest jut sit there and let us argue the whole session. She really shown us how to see the nagging as "request"
