What should a new client know about working with you?

A COLLABORATIVE, UNHURRIED PARTNER IN YOUR CARE Meaningful psychiatric care cannot be rushed. Clear Air Psychiatry is an independent, low-caseload outpatient practice designed for adults who want an unhurried clinical partnership rather than brief, checklist-driven visits. Every evaluation and follow-up is conducted directly with Kyle Galati, DO, a board-certified adult psychiatrist. THE INTAKE & SCREENING PROCESS 1. Digital Pre-Screening: To ensure mutual clinical fit and patient safety, all new clients must complete our secure digital intake paperwork within 24 hours of booking on Zocdoc. 2. Initial Consultation (75 Minutes | $450): Our first visit is an in-depth diagnostic consultation to evaluate your psychiatric history, current symptoms, and daily executive functioning. A formal, ongoing doctor-patient relationship is established upon mutual clinical agreement at the conclusion of this initial session. 3. Outpatient Practice Scope: As a solo outpatient practice, we do not provide emergency crisis coverage, inpatient detox, or intensive wrap-around care. AN INTEGRATED APPROACH: MEDICINE & WORKFLOW DESIGN Stabilizing underlying brain chemistry is critical, but true wellness requires rebuilding the structure of your day: • Comprehensive Clinical Care: Evidence-based medication management and psychotherapy (CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic approaches) for Adult ADHD, career burnout, anxiety, panic, and mood disorders. • Total System Recovery: Informed by foundational sports medicine experience with Division I collegiate athletes, we assess how sleep architecture, physical health, and habit loops impact emotional resilience. • Productivity Architecture: Customizing external systems, task-capture habits, and low-friction workflows to eliminate daily cognitive drag and achieve "Clear Air."

***At this time the practice is unable to see patients enrolled in Medicare/MassHealth/Medicaid*** **Paying out-of-pocket does not necessarily mean shouldering the full cost.** Most commercial insurance plans and Boston-area university student plans provide substantial out-of-network reimbursement (typically 60%–80% once deductibles are met). HSA and FSA cards are accepted for all appointments. To remove the administrative friction of insurance, we partner with Mentaya. Instead of manually filing superbills, navigating complex insurance portals, or waiting on hold, their platform verifies your coverage and automatically files and tracks claims on your behalf so reimbursements are deposited directly to your bank account.
