Kyle Royce is a board-certified and licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who earned his Master's in Nursing degree from Azusa Pacific University in 2020. Kyle began his nursing career working within the medical/surgical ward of the Veterans Affairs facility located in Loma Linda, building his knowledge of both medical and psychiatric maladies afflicting our Veterans. Over the years, he has worked with both Veterans and civilians of all ages in the San Bernardino area, advocating for their care from a whole health perspective and working diligently to provide necessary education and empowerment to help them take ownership of their health. Pursuing his passion, he continued his education and work experience to obtain his licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, where he uses his experiences to both advocate for and better manage the psychiatric needs of his clients through an array of therapeutic modalities, as well as psychopharmacology, to provide excellent personalized care. With a focus on the impact of the client-provider relationship, his Master's thesis identified that the use of clear expectations and open communication is paramount in improving success in the psychiatric stability of both clients and psychiatric providers.

Kyle was so kind and actually listened to my symptoms/concerns unlike other psychiatrists who just disregard what you have to say. I would recommend seeing him for mental health services!

Doctor Royce is a caring and intelligent psychiatrist. He spends time with me and works not only with medication for my disorders, but he also spends time with me to help me with my environmental issues.
I've been to many psychiatrists and most spend about, literally, 5-10 minutes with me and just prescribe medication. Doctor Royce makes me feel like he really cares about my well-being and he truly is in my corner.

Making the appointment was so easy, there were lots of days and times to choose from and the pre-appointment communication was thorough.
I almost cancelled a few days before because I’ve had difficulty in the past finding a provider that made me feel heard and understood but I’m so glad I kept the appointment. Kyle Royce was easy to open up to, straight to the point and curious about context that I don’t think other provider’s have cared to ask me about in the past.
Haven’t even begun further treatment yet but the intake appointment and evaluation alone left me feeling extremely validated and hopeful for the future.
