No one was at the office. I showed up 15 minutes early as requested. No one was there I waited till 5 minutes after my appointment.

Booked an appointment due to back pain on ZocDoc for Friday. Went to office and was told “the person u are scheduled to see doesn’t work on Friday”. Maybe information should be updated to prevent this waste of my time. If I had been aware, I could have booked with someone else.

Through a series of questions, Dr. Kyle diagnosed the source my ailment, presented a treatment plan and recommended an appliance to assist in that plan which I purchased immediately on Amazon. I left the office with greater mobility than I have had in at least 6 years.
