I’m a Registered Dietitian specializing in women’s health, gut health, sports nutrition, and sustainable nutrition strategies that support long-term wellness. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with a compassionate, whole-person perspective to help clients improve their relationship with food, increase energy, and feel stronger and more confident in their daily lives.
