You’ve gotten good at keeping it all together. You show up, handle what needs to be done, and keep moving. From the outside, things probably look fine. Inside, it’s a different story. The pressure has been building, your mind won’t quiet down, and you’ve started to wonder when you lost touch with yourself. Therapy, the way I practice it, isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level advice. It’s about slowing down enough to hear your own voice again. Together, we look beneath the patterns, make sense of what’s happening, and create space for you to live with more clarity and intention. I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, trauma, or that quiet sense that something’s off even when everything looks okay. I also work with couples who are tired of feeling like roommates and want to repair trust, communicate more honestly, and find their way back to each other. My approach is warm, collaborative, and honest. I won’t just nod and smile. I’ll meet you where you are, bring thoughtful attention to the deeper layers of your story, and stay engaged with you in the work. Areas I often work with Anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout Identity, self-worth, and life transitions Relationship patterns, trust repair, and couples therapy Trauma, emotional healing, and family dynamics Teen and young adult support Men’s mental health Getting started I offer a free 15-minute consultation call so we can get a feel for each other and make sure therapy feels like the right next step. What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. You don’t need to come in with all the answers—that’s what we’ll explore together. I’ll offer thoughtful questions, honest reflections, and practical tools, always moving at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is shaped by both clinical training and personal experience. As a single mom who’s been through a high-conflict divorce and rebuilt a support system from scratch, I know what it’s like to face transition, self-doubt, and overwhelm. That journey deeply informs how I hold space: with empathy, respect, and authenticity. Clients often describe me as calming, supportive, and real. I’m here to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We’ll start with a free 15-minute consultation to talk about what you're looking for and see if we’re a good fit. If it feels right to move forward, I’ll send over some brief consent forms before our first session. In our early sessions, we’ll take time to understand what’s bringing you in, talk through your goals, and get a sense of what feels most important to focus on. I’ll begin building a flexible treatment plan, and together we’ll shape the direction of our work. I use a collaborative approach, blending reflective conversation with practical tools and evidence-based techniques. I like to check in with you regularly about how things are going so we can adjust as needed and make sure our work stays meaningful and aligned with your goals. When you're ready to wrap up, we’ll spend time preparing for a thoughtful and supportive conclusion. I’ll be with you each step of the way.
