Lacey has dedicated her entire career to helping her clients achieve optimal health and well-being. She has many years of experience in working in various healthcare settings including hospitals, clinics, telemedicine practices, private practices, rehabilitations, and long-term care facilities all of which she delivered high quality, evidenced based care to her clients.

With expertise in psychiatric medication management, Lacey collaborates closely with individuals to find the most appropriate and effective medication regimen, when needed. She provides psychoeducation, empowering individuals to understand their mental health conditions and make informed decisions regarding their health. She also offers many psychotherapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Supportive Therapy, Behavioral-Modification Therapy, and Mindfulness.
