About Lady Box
Lady was born in the Philippines and raised there until she was 6 years old. She and her family moved to Houston, Texas, and she’s been a Houstonian ever since. She grew up going to the Rodeo, taking field trips to the Houston Zoo, and cheering on the Houston Rockets and Astros! Although not a native Texan, she has truly developed a love for this state like no other.
Lady started her college education at Texas A&M University-Kingsville in South Texas, where she joined her sister and met her future husband. She completed her prerequisites and decided that Kingsville was too small of a town to contain her vibrant, funny, energetic personality, so she transferred to Corpus Christi, Texas, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing as a Texas A&M Islander. Lady went on to accept a position as an RN at MD Anderson Cancer Center and later continued her education to obtain her Master’s degree in Family Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She married her college sweetheart in the beautiful Cayman Islands, and together they moved from downtown Houston to live out the remainder of their days in pure suburbia bliss… or something to that effect.
Outside of the office, she loves to hang out with friends, enjoy a good glass of wine (or two), go shopping, and of course, spend time with her spunky toddler Audrey and her sweet husband Ben.

What a wonderful visit... my PA was absolutely amazing, very attentive, made several different appointment recommendations, that I agreed with and will and have booked, before my next visit.

I chose Lady Box at my provider because I absolutely loved her warm beside manner and attention to detail in my first visit. Didn't feel that as much this time. I guess we all have our off days so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. She was still thorough with my visit and put a plan of action in place. Just didn't feel as much of the personal touch.

Very impressed with the staff. My provider answered all my questions, and took their time (not rushed) going over medical history and putting in orders for all applicable screenings. The check in staff was very accommodating providing clear instructions to the office and were friendly even though I was late to my appointment (not used to this traffic or area). 100% confident this practice will meet and exceed my medical needs

The practice, as a whole, has always been polite and helpful.
The one area of concern is at check-in. It is key for reception to address the physical person standing in front of them vs the person on the phone. The delay in getting a patient checked-in delays the providers clinical schedule, increasing patient wait times and upset.
