I developed a passion for caring for others at a very young age and knew early on that I wanted to be a healthcare provider. I earned my Associate's degree from State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota, my Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas, Arlington, and my Master's in Nursing from the University of Alabama, Birmingham, specializing in psychiatry. I have experience as a medical/surgical nurse and many years as a critical care nurse. Throughout my nursing career, I developed a love for psychiatry and decided to pursue advanced training in this field. I truly enjoy helping people feel better mentally, physically, and emotionally.
