“I was very disappointed by my appointment.
First off, the doc was wonderful.
HOWEVER, it was not until after I paid my copay and my appointment started that was it disclosed to me that the doc could not prescribe medication for psoriasis. The staff was fairly incompetent, not contacting me until after the appointment started when I called to find out how to log in for the appointment. Also, the paperwork to complete prior to the appointment was added at the bottom of a text in a link that I did not realize/understand was the link. Even though I did the search on Zocdoc this doc was listed as one that handled this skin condition. They offered to give me a referral to another doc, but I didn't need a referral, I need for the listing to be correct and not take my money when a service was not provided. I did inform the staff about this, but they weren't concerned.

Arrived late on the video call, which is understandable if there are other patients, but should be communicated out of respect to those waiting. When on, she rushed me off literally less than a minute or two of talking. And this is after waiting twenty minutes to start. Very dismissive too.

During the appointment, I was told an order would be sent to a lab so that I could provide a sample for a test. The office never sent the order and has never reached back out after I called and left a message asking for the order to be sent as well as a call back.
