About Dr. Lance Real
Dr. Lance Real is board certified in family medicine and is a member of BayCare Medical Group in Lithia, Florida, where he sees patients age 13 and older. His clinical interests include cholesterol issues, diabetes, hypertension and osteoporosis. Dr. Real earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri, and completed a family medicine residency at the University of Nebraska/Creighton Medical Center/United States Air Force in Omaha, Nebraska.
Dr. Real is a veteran of the United States Air Force. I went in for an annual wellness check. The front office staff was so friendly and welcoming. The office is very clean and organized. I maybe waited 10 minutes before I was called back for my appointment. Dr. Lance Real was very kind and knowledgeable. He took time to ask me pertinent information. He also listened to any concerns I had, and I did not feel rushed in any way. I would highly recommend Dr. Real and this office.

Staff was very inviting. The office was clean and organized. My appointment was at 2;15 and I was seen at 2:15. Dr. Real was thorough with his examination. He asked questions and also listened to my responses. The whole appointment made me feel I was in the right place.
