Doctor Lani Pincus is very personable, she goes out of her way to build a repour with me. She goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during the visits, which is especially important with OBGYN visits.
She was personal, listened well, gave me options when appropriate, discussed areas that might need follow up. I preferred her to my own Gynecologist. I would use her again.

Lani has always been fantastic. My unhappiness is not directly related to her. Instead it is related to the parameters shes expected to work within that have set it up for less than an ideal patient experience
I like Lani but I have had to wait up to an hour multiple times for my appointment and one time an hour and a half. The repeated extreme lateness brings down the rating
