My overall experience was wonderful. The check in process was fast and she had great customer service. Even with this being my first time and the paperwork I needed to complete it was still a fast process. The office was very clean and welcoming. The provider had great bedside manners. She was personable so it didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. She was honest with me about the checkup on things I needed to do and not do.

She’s VERY thorough and very professional. Not to mention their receptionist. They’re very clear with instructions, made it easy. They’re also right on schedule. I had my appointment time, came in, and pretty much almost right away was checked. I was there for less than an hour! They’re very friendly and made me feel at ease.

Dr. Colby is sooo amazing! She was so attentive to my needs and concerns. Great listener and conversationalist! She asked lots questions relevant, and did not seem to be in a rush like other doctors I have seen. I was not afraid to share as many details as needed because I knew she would take them seriously. She also made sure to ask for doctor notes from other specialists that I have seen, which showed me that she cared for my health! I look forward to continuing my consultations with her.

I would highly recommend NP Laquisha Colby. She is patient, kind and informative. I felt ?? at ease to raise my issues and discuss concerns. She took her time, provided thorough explanations, and was a pleasure. I always want to feel like I’m working with my provider on my healthcare needs rather than an expert dictating care. She definitely made me feel like we are working together to ensure I’m healthy and stay that way. You want her as your provider! I’m so happy I found her.

This was only my first appointment to establish care with this Dr. The Dr and Office Admin made me feel very comfortable, the admin was prompt, professional and organized.
I specifically chose this doctor because she is a ‘black’ woman and I’m glad I did. She listened to my health goals, concerns and proactively came up with a plan without being overbearing or dismissive.
I hope she continues to have a successful practice and that I’ll be able to continue coming to her.
