Office was very clean and neat. I arrived about 45 minutes early in case of paperwork, but was seen 15 minutes early. They do blood testing off site, which means a little more traveling, but the lab is very close. Doctor was professional, attentive, and a bit old-school (very clean cut, consultation office, etc). I felt like she really listened to all my concerns and did not feel rushed out.

Service was sub par. I had a 9:15a appointment and it still took 2 hours at the doctor office and I only spoke to the doctor for about 12 minutes. No apology for the wait either. Other than that, it was alright.

Dr. Hitchcock graduated with highest honors from the University of Florida. She then attended the world renowned Mayo Clinic for medical school. She returned to her hometown of Orlando Florida to train at Florida Hospital to become a family physician. She has been board certified by the American Board of Family Practice since 2001. In addition, she is also currently a fellow with the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP).
Since graduating from residency and receiving numerous awards including Resident of the Year, Teacher of the Year, Nurses’ Choice award, and academic award Dr. Hitchcock has become an Associate Professor of Medicine for Florida State University Medical School. She teaches medical students in the office setting. She recently has been voted one of the top doctors in America.

She really didn't treat me at all. Just wrote referrals to other doctors. She didn't touch me once to assess my foot pain. She used her pen more that her skill, if she had any. Very perplexed by her way of treatment...if you can call it that. She looks nice but it was as if she didn't want to get to the nitty gritty of treating patients other than on paper. Very disappointed.

This doctor's office was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. The nurse kept telling me how bad things were because of "Obamacare" which irritated me to no end. Then the doctor told me she was not going to give to information because I may go somewhere else and not come back to her. Unbelievable!! Needless to say I did go somewhere else. What happened to doctors that actually care about about patient's health and not the dollar?!!!!

She listen to you and she is very professional. I felt very comfortable with her. I feel I can talk to her about any thing. I loved her office staff. They were very kind and professional. The office was run very quitely and in manner. I will continue to see her.

Sometimes the wait to get into the office from the waiting room can be a little long, but once you're back there everything is very efficient. Dr. Hitchcock is very quick but extremely thorough. Answers all questions and leaves you feeling good about your visit. Excellent doctor.

Too early to tell. She seemed attentive to my discussion about a longtime ongoing medical condition that I have. She however also seemed rushed as she bolted instantly after the consultation to another patient. Office was busy, but is probably understaffed as it took over an hour to see the doctor after my initial appointment time. Wait was excessive.

I scheduled an appointment via Zoc Doc for a new patient visit. While en route, just 19 minutes before the appointment, an email was sent to me cancelling the appointment and informing me it was scheduled for the next day at the same time (how did they know I'd be available?)
Since I was driving to the appointment already when the email was sent, I arrived at the office without seeing it, signed in, and sat down--only to then read my email saying they'd cancelled the appointment :(
Since there is a $50.00 penalty for ME to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice (ironic, right?) and it was now less than 24 hours until the appointment they'd arbitrarily set for me without checking my availability, I returned the next day for an 11:30am appointment and was not seen until around 1:10pm.
That being said, the doctor's staff was pleasant, and the doctor sincerely apologized for the long wait. I liked her well enough to continue with her as my doctor, in spite of everything.

The office staff was pleasant and I waited less then 10 min. for my appointment. They quickly took my medical history, the Doctor came in, introduced herself, asked what brought me in today. I was pleasantly surprised at her professional manner and she had a personality. She was warm and friendly and she LISTENED to my concerns. Highly recommend.

Dr. Hitchcock was very nice. I was hoping to have a complete physical on this initial visit, but , this was a consultation on her part as this is office protocol . Another visit for that after lab work- protocol ( office ). New PCP rules that differ from state to state.

She was nice, but direct. Talked very quickly, but I felt as if she knew what she was talking about. She did not take any time at the end to ask me if I had any other questions at that time...it was a quick and direct appointment. But, again, I felt secured in her knowledge of my issue by what she said. I feel like next time, I will just need to be more prepared and ready to make sure my questions get asked, because she doesn't seem like the type to take the time to take the time to sit back and ask me.
