Dr. Hysintine Palle is a double board-certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner from Kissimmee, Florida, treating both physical and mental distress. She earned her Doctorate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Global and holds a Master’s in Family Nursing from Chamberlain University. Dr. Palle’s main goal is to empower her patients because sometimes their symptoms leave them feeling helpless. One of her most important obligations as a certified nurse practitioner is to provide hope for her patients.
Dr. Palle believes that in her practice, patients can discover that their progress and goals are achievable by applying the methods and techniques she uses in sessions. She has a unique perspective and experience in psychiatric care and believes that having access to the right care can have an incredible impact on a patient’s sense of well-being, happiness, recovery, and health.
Dr. Palle has expertise in caring for patients of all ages and is considered a rockstar in her practice because she takes her time to listen to her patients and encourages them to partake in the decision-making of their treatment goals. She spent about 15 minutes talking about her life story and treated me as if I knew nothing even though I had JUST told her I had been seeing psychiatrists for years. When I told her that I stopped using certain medications because they were messing with my heart, she stated that all medicines do that and it doesn’t matter. She constantly talked over me and treated the traumatic things in my life like they were silly little things that were easy to get through. She also completely ignored me when I said I wanted to try new medicines and said that my old ones were working just fine for me. Again she said this after going on about herself and talking over me. I guess she just wasn’t listening or didn’t care when I said repeatedly that certain medicines didn’t work for me. If you want someone insensitive and inexperienced, by all means. Book an appointment.
