“My experience with Larisa Simkhaev was great. She was attentive and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend her. The clinic however, overbooks appointments. I waited almost 2 hours past my appointment time and almost every person there also went up to complain about being over an hour past their appointment time. They were so over booked they had more patients waiting than they had seats available, so about 5 people were forced to stand and wait. So make sure you have plenty of time in your schedule before you book an appointment at this clinic.”

The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable, and the front desk staff and the lady who checked me in was great. However, there were two staff members that were unprofessional and kept coming in the room and was being disruptive. It was so bad that we had to move to another room to finish my test. Patient privacy was not respected with those two. They really should not be working there with the lack of empathy they exhibited.
