I heavily lean on mindfulness, spirituality, mind-body connection, creativity, and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, psycho-education, humanistic approach, and solution-focused therapy. Additionally, I use medication management to help my patients. In deciding the best medications, I utilize psychotropic pharmocogenomic testing, a genetic test that shows how your genes may affect medication outcomes. I prefer to be more on conservative side when prescribing medications, as our minds, bodies and souls need a more holistic approach, and need nourishment in the form of human compassion, care, education, and encouragement. I will strive to help you reach a place of wellbeing, happiness, and emotional stability, by showing you kindness, leading you through tough times, being honest and transparent with you, and providing you the professional help you need. Together, we will work as a team that is composed of yourself, your loved ones (family/friends/pets), your therapist, and myself. I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. “
