What should a new client know about working with you?

Logistics: - Fees: Private pay or insurance claims are accepted. A fee of $80 will be charged for no-shows or late cancellations. Please note that Medicare and Medicaid are not accepted at this time. - All appointments are conducted via Tele-Health. You will receive an email invitation to register for the client portal, where you will access the link for your virtual visit. -I KINDLY ASK THAT YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO ATTEND. Availability: - I currently have immediate/open accommodations scheduling Wed-Fri between 7 am - 6 pm Therapeutic Approach: - My objective is to understand you as an individual, exploring your needs and past experiences. Together we'll work on setting and achieving your personal goals. -I encourage you to ask questions and engage actively in your treatment. -My practice is based on respect, empathy, and a non judgemental approach, promoting a safe and supportive environment for your growth. What to Expect: - Psychiatric evaluations are scheduled for a duration of 90 minutes. -Follow up appointments are scheduled for 45 min -Appointment frequencies may vary between weekly and every 90 days based on individualized treatment plans. - Follow up visits for medication management will not exceed 90 days.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and discuss more about YOU. I like to take a holistic approach, which means I'll look at you as a whole person and not just your mental health needs, and then we can figure out the best ways to help you make progress. As we continue your treatment I'll teach you strategies to tackle some challenges and improve your emotional well-being
