I was waiting for post-surgery pathology results and had not been sent over yet. I mentioned this to Alma after she asked, and by the time my appointment was over, she had taken it upon herself to procure the results and share them with me. Above and beyond, truly, as is Irvins and the entire LACN staff.
Everyone is very professional and helpful with my needs and in assisting. Environment is very friendly although the wait time is long.
Dr. Sene spent time physically examining me and asking questions. Normally I see his nurse, Lisa, and we go over everything because I'm only there to monitor any changes because I'm a NED patient.
