She's not the therapist who is going to coddle you when you may be wrong. She offers alternative ways to handle your situation. Overall, she is a great listener. I come to this work with real-world perspective—before becoming a nurse, I worked in finance, where I witnessed how stress and untreated mental health concerns can quietly impact lives. That experience inspired me to pivot into nursing and mental health, earning my BSN with honors from Rutgers University, my MSN from Wilkes University, and a certification in addictions nursing from the Addictions Nursing Certification Board.

The provider was polite, professional and very engaged. The session went extremely well and didn't seem like the provider was just reading off a script or rating scale. I was very happy with the initial session and look forward to meeting again
