I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to adults throughout New York and New Jersey via telehealth. Whether you’re managing anxiety, recovering from trauma, or navigating life changes, I’ll work with you to create a plan that fits your life - not the other way around.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Appointments focus on a thorough assessment, education about treatment options, and an individualized plan based on your needs and goals. When medication is appropriate, we will discuss the potential benefits, risks, and alternatives so that you can make informed decisions about your care. I provide secure virtual psychiatric appointments for adults located in New York and New Jersey. Saturday appointments are available, providing an option for patients whose work or weekday schedules make traditional appointment times difficult.
