The only issue I had was the wait time. If you book an appointment at 9 am, the latest you should be seen is at 9:30 am. Not at 10:15. Also the issue is why fill out forms online to refill them again in the office. Other than that, lovely staff and doctor.

Dr Ward asked a series of questions, made physical examinations and made radiology referrals in addition to making some dietary adjustments before prescribing medication. Her follow-up appointment will enable her to assess the current status of my kidney which brought me to her in the first place. I was very impressed by this.

I never met the doctor my appointment was canceled by the office staff because I did not have the right information. I went there and had to leave and go to the er to get the help I needed. I only wish that the staff had asked me for more information over the phone instead of me having to pay for parking just to be rejected.
