My name is Latoya Murphy, and I am a Board-Certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed in Arizona and Texas. I earned my Master’s in Nursing and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Regis College. I have been in this profession for over 16 years. When I’m not working, I enjoy riding my bike, playing volleyball, and spending time with my amazing family and friends. I care deeply about the community regardless of race, nationality, identity, or religion. My goal is to empower all people to understand that mental health affects everyone. I provide psychotherapy to educate clients on their treatment options and refer them to appropriate resources. I aim not only to treat with medications but also to help clients holistically through coping skills, guided imagery, and positive reinforcement.
