It can be difficult to find mental health support, and even more challenging to find the RIGHT support. Whether you are at the beginning of a journey, wanting to maintain a current course, or have tried various interventions and now want something different, I may be able to help. I provide comprehensive and holistic medication management for a variety of behavioral health concerns including anxiety, ADHD, depression, insomnia, PTSD, OCD, and SUD. In addition, I specialize in managing the stages of adjustment and performance strain. Together we can work on the ever-changing responsibilities of relationships, work, school, and general life expectations.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Liberty University, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
