I’m a mental health expert committed to helping youth and their families build stronger relationships by managing their emotions. My work focuses on addressing ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs around emotions. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to help clients reach their goals.

My insurance was in network with this provider and that’s why I chose to endure meeting another np but not only was she 10 mins late to a virtual appointment she then reveals to me at the appointment that I’m not in her network. A lot of miscommunication and misinformation given by this np. I do not recommend!
