About Laura Bottomley-Brown
Laura is a nationally certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in dermatology. She has been working in the field of nursing for over 25 years and has participated in the Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery fellowship program, with emphasis in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
Laura obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Lake Superior State University, and graduated with honors from the University of Michigan-Flint Family Nurse Practitioner program where she received her Master of Science in Nursing degree. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and maintains professional membership with the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the Dermatology Nurses’ Association.
Laura has lived in Northern Michigan for most of her life. She is married, has three beautiful children and one grandchild. When not at work, she enjoys family time, reading, and outdoor activities in all seasons.
