Because we accept insurance, we can reduce out-of-pocket expenses and still offer high-quality care. You may not have any cost related to your visit with us, depending upon your insurance plan. Most patients pay a small copay per visit, subject to any deductible or coinsurance that your health plan has. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services determines appropriate billing guidelines. These guidelines depend on the length of the visit and the complexity and severity of your diagnosis. For this reason, we need to wait until after the visit for the final determination. We then submit the claim to your insurance company. The charges are calculated based upon pre-negotiated prices with your insurance company. Your insurance company will then determine what amount, if any, is your responsibility per your insurance plan.

I really liked Dr.Long. She was a good listener and gave me sound advice. The only thing I didn’t like was the video kept being dropped. It was a little hard to stay focused. Other than that, I really liked my appointment.
Video visit
The language used in the appointment was very condescending and the it did not appear the doctor was understanding the timeline given. There were a lot of assumptions made throughout the appointment and there was not room to correct the doctor. I left the appointment feeling invalidated and unheard. I would not recommend to a friend.
Video visit
The cost was more than they told me over the phone for consultation. As well as she wanted me to 8 test done just to move forward with appointments and I am not exaggerating. Then bill came and cost was different than what I was told.
