“They do a good job. I’ve had a couple doffferent care providers since I’ve been with Lifestance, but they’ve all done a fine job. I am impressed with their attentiveness and the work they do.
My only issue is that there are some communication issues between providers / support staff. They have a higher than normal rate of appointments and Rx’s being missed or falling through the cracks. But the number is still negligible. Thanks. Keep up the good work!”

Laura Velli is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in New Jersey who has been practicing since 2016. She earned her Master of Science degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Vanderbilt University and her Bachelor of Science from the Accelerated Second-Degree Nursing program. I made an appointment to see this provider. I made the appointment 3 weeks before and no one sent any info at all. 3 hours before I get forms to fill out while I'm at work. It was a virtual appointment yet I didn't get a link. I went to the online profile that I created and there was nothing. Finally I was able to get in touch and I told her no one sent me a link. Her response was ok well you can reschedule and you won't be charged a late fee. I left work early for this l, wasted my time for this, they were incompetent and she's going to not penalize me? Does that make sense? She was very insensitive and unprofessional. Considering this is the mental health field I would think sensitivity and compassion should be important. Usually if the patient doesn't show up or log on In time they usually call. This provider decided to go home and tell me it was my fault. Very disrespectful. I would never use her or lifestance ever again.

I feel great! My provider listens and understands my troubles. She provides the adequate requisites I need. Staff is also very understanding, nice and accommodating when necessary. Would recommend.
