Her clinical interests include autism, speech disorders, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), functional communication, language, social communication, articulation, literacy, stuttering, caregiver coaching, and successful transitions across stages of life. Laura believes that effective therapy is collaborative, individualized, and rooted in real life. Every client brings unique strengths, interests, and goals. By partnering with families, caregivers, and clients themselves, she develops practical strategies to promote lasting communication beyond the therapy session. Whether a child is learning first words, an AAC user is expanding independence, or an adult is developing new communication skills, Laura’s mission is the same: to help every individual find their voice—whatever form that voice takes.
