Beyond beauty, optimal health enables us as individuals to get the most out of life. I guide my patients toward wellness by aligning with the body’s inherent intelligence and ability to self-heal. My experience is within the realm of women’s health, and at Ageless Beauty Rx, I support and enhance the beauty of women of all ages by establishing inner balance and vitality in the body. The various systems of the body—hormones, skin, gut, mental/emotional, etc.—are not independent islands but a deeply interconnected web that I am trained to decipher based on symptoms and treat at the root cause. Dr Ash cares abut getting me feeling great again. She made sure I was a good candidate for HRT and she listens to all of my concerns. I would definitely recommend her for any women looking to get their hormones balanced.

Dr. Laurel Ash has been such a blessing for me and she is what is what every patient deserves in a doctor. I came to her really burned out and exhausted and she has helped me feel new and energized and achieving optimal health again. She is an empathic listener and can address health issues in a very holistic way. She provided specialized testing to get to the root causes of my health issues that I was not able to get with my last naturopathic doctor. Also, after looking at my lab test results over the last few years, she identified that I didn't have a thyroid disease which I had been wrongly treated for, for many years. She also started me on pellet therapy for BHRT and I have never felt better! My hormones are balanced, my gut health is renewed, and I feel absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough good about her, and I would highly recommend Dr. Laurel Ash to other women looking for a safe, holistic, personalized health care treatment.

Dr. Laurel Ash is so refreshing!!! With my history of not getting answers about my health and with feelings of not being heard from my former doctors, I was about ready to give up completely on the health system. I was referred by a friend to Dr. Ash, and I am so thankful for that. Dr. Ash REALLY listened. She dug into my past medical history, my family medical history, my current symptoms, and made sure I was tested properly. She was truly curious about my symptoms and I could tell she wanted to get the bottom of things for me. After years of disappointment, frustration, and confusion about my health, I finally got answers due to Dr. Ash’s thoroughness. She set me up on a regimen that I have been on for 6 weeks. I feel as though my health has taken a 180 degree turn. I had a follow up visit with her today and I could tell that she truly cares for my health and well being.
Bonus, the office staff is so thoughtful and helpful also. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Laurel Ash!

I have never felt as heard and cared for as I have with Dr. Ash! She genuinely wants to help you, and goes into whatever depth and time it takes to explain everything going on. She discovered things going on that I’ve never heard from other doctors and when you’ve been struggling with health issues for years, it’s the best feeling in the world to finally feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. You will not regret seeing Dr.Ash.

My wife was fortunate to get in to see Dr. Ash. Dr. Ash is by far the most knowledgeable and caring physician she as ever seen. My wife had a hormone imbalance. Dr. Ash did some wonderful lab tests and put her on Bioidentical Hormones along with some other therapies. She is a new person, sleeping well every night, has more energy, more strength and so much more!!
I highly recommend Dr. Ash. She provides care that we have NEVER found with an MD. Her knowledge and support for women's health is unmatched in Vancouver!!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Ash; she listened to me and set me on a course of healing that I had been searching for for years. Dr Ash is easy to talk to with no judgements and I am very happy with my results. I highly recommend her to any woman that is looking for healing and not a Band-Aid
