About Lauren Aronson

I am a Registered Dietitian based in New York City. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University and completed my Master of Education in Nutrition at Teachers College, Columbia University. I have experience working in acute care facilities and outpatient clinics, counseling patients with a variety of health conditions, including diabetes. I work with both children and adults to help them reach their health goals. During my free time, I love to dine out, exercise, watch my favorite shows, read on the beach, and spend time with my dog, baby, and loved ones. I believe in mindful eating practices and moderation. I feel that every food can be part of a healthy diet. I can help you achieve your goals by teaching you the foundations of healthy eating. Together, we will create an individualized plan and set realistic, attainable goals that work with your lifestyle.
