First and foremost, it is important to me that you know that I see you as a whole person, beyond your diagnosis and treatment plan. Healing is more than regaining skills, it is about rebuilding a meaningful life and a sense of belonging. If aligned with your goals, I integrate components of wellness coaching into your treatment. As a Licensed LoveYourBrain Yoga Instructor, I incorporate evidence-based mind-body practices including: nervous system regulation, breathwork, adaptive neuro-yoga, meditation/mindfulness strategies, and somatic movement/dance-based practices. My goal is not only to help you recover your personal baseline or maintain independence, but to help you develop resilience, adaptability, and a sense of meaning through belonging. We’ll explore the important difference between recovery (returning to what once was) and resilience (through adversity cultivating a richer, more full lived experience and perspective).
