About Lauren LaTour
Lauren earned her Master of Physician Assistant Practice degree from the University of Southern California’s Keck School of Medicine, graduating magna cum laude. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Lauren completed advanced clinical training in the Craniofacial, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. There, she first assisted in pediatric craniofacial procedures and developed a deeper understanding of facial anatomy, dermatologic conditions, and structural balance, which guides her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to patient care.
Prior to PA school, Lauren worked as a lymphatic drainage massage assistant supporting breast cancer patients with post-surgical lymphedema. This hands-on experience strengthened her understanding of the connection between the lymphatic and integumentary systems and deepened her appreciation for the subtleties of skin health.
She gained additional dermatologic experience during her clinical rotations at the historic Los Angeles General Medical Center, where she performed evaluations and managed skin conditions for a diverse patient population. Additionally, Lauren's post-graduate experience working in wound care has allowed her to manage complex wounds and support advanced tissue healing.
Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys surfing, snowboarding, baking, and staying active in the gym. She is passionate about nutrition, fitness, and overall wellness. She has also volunteered internationally in Ecuador & Thailand, supporting reforestation and coral reef conservation projects.
Her broad clinical background has enhanced her ability to recognize natural facial balance while guiding patients toward subtle, harmonious results. Lauren provides warm and attentive care, supported by strong training and a genuine passion for skin health and aesthetics.

Lauren is always so attentive and carefully listens to the problems I’m having with my skin. She allows me to express my concerns and share my hesitations to certain treatments - she answers every question I have and reassures me when I’m unsure. I’ve seen a night and day difference to my skin in the time I started being treated by Lauren for the better. I’m so thankful I found someone who genuinely cares about helping my skin improve. Plus she’s incredibly kind and easy to talk to!

I'm so blessed to have found Lauren! She has helped me work through some of my deepest skin insecurities. She is always so approachable and listens to my concerns. The first thing I used to see when I looked in the mirror was my fine lines and large pores. Since I started seeing Lauren, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my skin’s texture and overall quality. My pores look smaller, my skin feels smoother, and my lines are less noticeable. I finally feel confident in my skin again!

This is for the review : I recently saw Lauren for my acne after struggling with my skin since high school. I have tried literally everything to stop breakouts and nothing has ever fully helped. Lauren was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable right away. She actually listened to my concerns, explained what was going on with my skin, and didn’t make me feel rushed or dismissed. After seeing Lauren over the past few months and following her treatment and instructions, I finally feel like I have a plan that makes sense. My skin has already improved so much and I am grateful to have found a caring provider like her!

I had such a great experience with Lauren LaTour, PA. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and makes you feel comfortable right away. Lauren takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and their overall wellbeing.
