I’ve been working with Dr. Muller for a while now and she is really one of the best. I feel totally comfortable with her and she’s always thorough with her explanations. She also listens to everyone I say and addresses my concerns. The nurses here are also super nice. I’m always seen in a timely manner.

I was able to book an appointment within a couple of days of making the call. The office is within walking distance of my home. The waiting room and bathroom were clean. However, I found the TV to be loud and the chosen channel to be unappealing.

The nurse was pretty unprofessional and rude. I feel like if you don’t want to interact with people maybe don’t get a job in healthcare. Receptionist was nice and helpful.

I appreciate that I can get an appointment with Dr. Muller the next day or relatively quickly.
I wonder one of the reasons that it is the case is because Dr. Muller’s bedside manner has some room for improvement.

Lauren was amazing during my physical. She made sure to ask me if there were any extra labs typically drawn for my condition and did not hesitate to order them and the phlebotomist was amazing as well. I really appreciated the time committed to me during my appointment

The front desk said they tried to call me 30 minutes before the appointment to say that I couldn’t be seen for what I requested, but didn’t leave a message so I showed up anyways. I was seen by the doctor but I wish I had been notified in advance that they would not be able to provide the service I requested, so I could have made an appointment at a different place. I wasted my time as well as the doctors since I was not notified in advance that the office could not provide the service I wanted.

I loved how comfortable Lauren made me feel! For someone who is afraid of the medical world she made me feel seen and safe. I would recommend going to her, she was attentive to what I needed.

The doctor was fine and I received my results in a timely manner with a full explanation. I had requested and was there for an annual women’s health appointment which is covered by my insurance. However, I was charged for a mental health evaluation that was done as part of my intake. The office did not ask whether I wanted this or inform me I would be charged for it. After I complained they dropped the charge as a courtesy but beware of this if you go to this provider.

Lauren was extremely helpful. You could tell that she was attentive to the issues I was dealing with, and offered a breadth of solutions. The office was clean and I did not wait long. I’m actually looking forward to my follow up appointment because I’m doing much better than when I first went in, thanks to her!

I really liked this clinic. Everything was clean and organized, and the staff was very friendly. PA Muller answered all my questions and gave me the prescription I needed to feel better. I also liked that the parking is super close to the clinic. Very convenient, I would come back.
