Throughout those years, she has worked with patients in an office setting and a virtual setting. Lauren takes a food as medicine approach to eating and works with individuals to develop habits that work for them long term, NOT dieting. Her mission is to help everyone feel their best everyday through food, nutrition, and lifestyle. Lauren graduated from Arizona State University with her Bachelor of Science and her Master of Science degrees. She completed her dietetic internship at the Carl T Hayden Phoenix VA. Here, Lauren was able to develop more of her counseling skills in the outpatient setting. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys Pilates, simple cooking and entertaining friends and family with fancy cooking. A license is not required for this provider to see patients. This provider holds a Registered Dietitian certification with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
