As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona, I am passionate about helping children, teens, families, and couples navigate their unique challenges and find paths to healing and growth. My extensive background includes working with children and families who have experienced trauma, and I am well-versed in Marriage and Family Therapy Systems interventions. I am also rostered in trauma-informed approaches such as the Child-Parent Psychotherapy model and trauma-focused CBT. These experiences have shaped my strength-based, person-centered approach, which is all about creating a warm and welcoming environment for my clients. I believe that therapy should be a safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Whether you're dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, or navigating life transitions, I am here to help. My goal is to work collaboratively with you, drawing on your strengths to foster resilience and promote positive change.
