In my practice, I aim to create a supportive, collaborative, and accepting space to help you become more effective in navigating your life experiences and relationships. My approach is integrative, drawing upon psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapies, and emotionally focused therapy. I hope to foster healing and lasting personal growth through increasing insight and providing tailored tools to each client. I honor and appreciate the diversity of individuals' identities and backgrounds and strive to cultivate a safe environment for you to feel heard and understood. I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Yeshiva University and earned my Bachelor's degree from Harvard University, which have both shaped my commitment to evidence-based and compassionate care.
