Dr. Lauren (Truskey) Longo is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist in Pennsylvania (also licensed through PSYPACT), specializing in neuropsychological, psychological, and academic evaluations, as well as in the assessment and treatment of ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, and depression. Dr. Longo provides testing services and therapy for clients between the ages of 6 and 40. In her clinical work, she incorporates modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), problem-solving strategies and behavioral modifications for adult ADHD, social skills training based on the PEERS model, and mindfulness-based interventions. She holds an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) certification. In her free time, Dr. Longo enjoys spending time with her husband, their dog, and friends. She also loves traveling and experiencing new cultures, exploring national parks, and attending hot yoga classes whenever she can. Dr. Longo initially earned her master’s degree in Counseling and Mental Health Services from the University of Pennsylvania. She later decided to further her education in clinical psychology due to her strong interest in assessment. She earned a second master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). To further solidify her assessment training, Dr. Longo completed a two-year fellowship in neuropsychology at a private practice in Center City, Philadelphia, where she was supervised by multiple clinical neuropsychologists.
