From an early age, I knew I wanted to make a tangible difference in people's lives. I started volunteering and caring for loved ones when I was very young, and found a deep fulfillment in helping those in need. That passion eventually led me to a career in healthcare. Working in family practice has allowed me to contribute to something larger than myself; I get to improve lives, promote healing and advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves. I strive to balance holistic care, patient-directed lifestyle modifications and cutting-edge conventional medical care. I believe that high quality care is not just about treating symptoms but about understanding patients as whole people, with concerns, goals and vibrant lives outside of our clinic. Each patient deserves a provider who sees, hears and supports them every step of the way, and I am honored to be that person for my patients. Spending quality time with my family is what makes me feel most grounded and fulfilled. I also love being outdoors gardening, hiking or kayaking; connecting with the earth gives me a sense of peace and renewal. Giving back is important to me as well, so I'm grateful to get to volunteer with my church where I get to support my community and grow my faith alongside others. These activities help me stay balanced, inspired and connected to what matters most in life.
