I am a Doctorally prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse with over seven years of experience supporting individuals and families through complex medical and emotional challenges. We will also begin identifying your goals for care—whether that’s reducing anxiety, managing stress, coping with caregiving responsibilities, or improving overall functioning.

My approach is open-minded, warm, and solution-oriented. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space while also offering practical tools to help clients improve coping, restore balance, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
