What should a new client know about working with you?

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and welcoming environment where you can share your concerns at your own pace. We will spend time discussing what brought you to treatment, your current challenges, and any relevant medical, emotional, or life experiences that may be impacting your well-being. My goal is to gain a clear understanding of your needs while helping you feel heard, respected, and comfortable. We will also begin identifying your goals for care—whether that’s reducing anxiety, managing stress, coping with caregiving responsibilities, or improving overall functioning.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is open-minded, warm, and solution-oriented. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space while also offering practical tools to help clients improve coping, restore balance, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
