I love Dr Sheppard! As someone with chronic back and neck issues, treatment is necessary. However I don’t trust just anyone to adjust my back and neck. Dr Sheppard is amazing, I have more mobility and less pain under her care than I’ve experienced with any other chiropractor. Highly recommend her and selfishly hope she never retires.

I feel so much better after my adjustment. She spends a lot of time trying to loosen my neck and shoulder muscles and it helps! I walk in feeling tension and having tight muscles, I walk out feeling brand new!

Absolutely fantastic. Professional, friendy, great rapport. Came in feeling horrible, unable to walk more than 2 feet w/o pain. After treatment left happy, able to walk, no pain! Never go anywhere else!

Dr. Sheppard is great! I see her as part of my Total Health treatments and she’s lovely. Always gentle with a great bedside manner. I’m in considerable pain with herniated discs but she never hurts me and often makes suggestions on ways I could move differently. Highly recommend Dr. Sheppard and the whole practice
