Based on this, we create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, therapy referrals, and lifestyle recommendations. Follow-up sessions are scheduled to monitor progress and adjust care as needed—all conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform for your privacy and convenience.
