I booked my appointment for a basic exam in addition to consulting with the doctor to get my prescription refilled. I had received multiple messages confirming my appointments but then got some stating my appointment was at 5:30 when the office closed at 4:30. I called to clarify if I was set for my appointment that day and the staff were unable to find my appointment at all in their system even tho i was actively receiving confirmation messages. I was on hold for 30 minutes while the receptionist attempted to contact the medical staff to get me in and both times they were unavailable. No resolution simply said to reschedule for next week which would delay my possible refill on my very essential medication. Extremely disappointed with this process. The receptionist said they’d give me a call back to assess the situation, and of course no call back.

I had such a great experience at this office! Laveena was amazing—she really listened to my concerns and made me feel heard. The entire staff was incredibly kind and polite, and the office itself was spotless and well-maintained. I’m so happy I found such an amazing doctor’s office! Highly recommend!

Laveena was excellent, just moved to the Vegas area and she was the best provider I have been attended by since I’ve been here! She was knowledgeable and, kind and willing to listen to all of my concerns. She gave me physical exam and made sure I got all of my medications and referrals. I am so happy that she will be my primary provider going forward here in my new home of Vegas!
I highly recommend her.
