About Dr. Lea Remolona
Dr. Lea provides virtual consultations only and does not accept any health insurances. All patients are self-pay.
New patient appointment: $620 (collected at the time of the video appointment)
Includes:
-at-home collection of vaginal fluid specimens and return for laboratory analysis
-subsequent video appointment in order to review to vaginal fluid analysis results and treatment plan (60 min, scheduled directly with Dr. Lea at a later time)
-phone/email support direct with Dr. Lea for questions/additional guidance as needed between follow-up visits

Dr. Lea Remolona is a physician specialized in the treatment of vulvodynia as well as other types of chronic vulvovaginal problems and recurrent urinary tract infections without urologic cause.
She is the owner and sole practitioner at Fowler Gyn International, where she was trained one on one by esteemed gynecologist and vulvodynia expert Dr. R. Stuart Fowler formerly of Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale AZ. She takes a personalized approach to each of her patients and has experience applying a wide variety of treatment modalities including vaginal hormones, vulvar hormones, custom compound medication, corticosteroids, and drug free products that yield sustainable relief and results for patients.

Dr. Lea Remalona is an excellent physician who has kept in my vulvodynia in remission for years. She is diligent, has attention to detail, and is highly knowledgeable in vulvovaginal disorders.
Dr. Remalona uses updated technology to help patients understand their treatment and condition. Her kindness and understanding radiates, as does her empathetic bedside manner. Before becoming a patient, my condition was severe, with pain that affected my quality of life. Dr. Remalona's advanced Vaginal Fluid Analysis helps with accurate diagnosis and treatment. Her follow-up has been consistent, and adjustments in my medication have been made when necessary. I'm so blessed to have Dr. Remalona as my physician!

My visit with Dr. Lea was a Zoom visit. That is because I live in AZ and she is in Fla. But this was no obstacle to meeting my needs and receiving the care that is so very important and necessary to me. Fouler Gyn International is the only medical facility able to successfully treat my unique problem.

Dr. Lea has been my doctor for over two years now. My condition has been difficult to treat and she continues to try and find solutions that will heal me. I went to 3 other providers before I found her and am thankful I did find her as the others failed to diagnose my condition. She was a godsend!

Wonderful Doctor, very compassionate, listens to your concerns. I went to see Dr. Lea after going the 'normal' physician route without any relief or resolve to my heath condition. Dr. Lea was wonderful and gave me the care, medication that I needed to resolve my issues. I will be forever grateful to her.

I started treatment with FGI experts in 2023 after suffering for a year with the debilitating condition Vulvar dysmo. I started to feel fully well with 4 months of treatment and am currently stable. I met Dr Rao upon the retirement of Dr Stewart Fowler. She is very reliable, knowledgeable and works really hard at keeping you in remission. She answers all questions, makes you understand ongoing process. Is quick to answer yours emails and phone calls. She advocates for her patients with mall in pharmacies and makes sure they have good turnaround for prescriptions. I high recommend her and feel I would have not gotten my life back without her help & Dr Lee Renomova and the FGI experts.

Dr. Lea Remolona, MD is the perfect fit to carry on the legacy of Fowler GYN International. She is extremely knowledgeable of todays female GYN health issues and concerns and remains current on compounding pharmacies and options to improve vaginal health, breast health, and patient comfort.
Dr. Remolona's "Bedside manner" make one feel as if she is "On Call" as your personal physician; always prepared to help while showing a sincere interest and concern in regards to your individual health scenario.
I personally am very grateful that Dr. Lea Remolona has taken the interest and effort to continue and expand upon the Fowler GYN International values and services.
