PLEASE AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS!!! Not only is he unprofessional, but his behavior and bedside manner are completley unacceptable! His bedside manner is harsh and cold. This was the most awful appointment I ever had. If you're looking for a review that really tells you what the doctor is like, its this. He listened to none of my concerns, cut me off when I tried to voice them. He did not greet me. His tone was not welcome. He is insanely rude. And a waste of time. His staff is nice but the doctor himself shoulden't be qualified to even be a doctor in the first place. Absolute garbage!
I’d like to start by saying that the front desk staff members were very friendly and professional so my issue is specifically with Dr. Green. After waiting for more than an hour (which I wouldn’t have minded if I was receiving proper care), I was directed to the doctor’s office where he didn’t even acknowledge me when I first walked in, as he was texting, and then about 2 minutes later after having me sit in silence with his back to me said, “give me a second,” and continued texting with no apology for making me wait or without even a warm greeting. He then proceeded to ask me what brought me in (which is standard) and then cut me off as I was explaining my symptoms. He checked my ears, told me he didn’t see anything, and then sent me away. Obviously, I scheduled an appointment because I was experiencing certain symptoms that were of concern, so I explained to him that, despite the fact that he didn’t see anything, I was still experiencing symptoms. He then, in an exasperated manner, commented that it would only be a concern if I was experiencing another symptom (which I was, but didn’t get a chance to tell him about because he interrupted me as I was explaining my symptoms) and then told me to make an appointment with another member of his team while rushing me out of the door. Without exaggeration, the doctor saw me for a total of 5 minutes, was dismissive of my symptoms, and left me feeling like my health was not a priority for him. It was a waste of a co-pay to see this doctor, especially since I will need to schedule an appointment with another doctor who will hopefully take my concerns seriously. Black patients are too often dismissed by their doctors and, as a result, are apprehensive to seek medical attention when they have a concern. I’m disappointed that Dr. Green behaved in such a dismissive manner and I will absolutely not be returning to his office again.

It was a quick visit and I felt like I wasted my time. I didn't get my ears cleaned. A doctor that checked me said that I have a tube in my ear that tends to get clogged but never said anything further. I was advised to come back in 6 months for a check up but I'll go somewhere else.

I really feel Dr. Green is the best ENT I have ever visited. My ear infection lasted for 3+ months and isn't fully recovered despite taking the 2 course of antibiotics prescribed by different ENT. Dr. Green explained me how my ear infection was connected to my non stop cold, not just the ear and it makes totally sense. I am seeing the better result everyday and really appreciate his consultation. :) Great Doctor!!
