About Leah Bressler
Leah is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant nationally certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed by the state of Illinois. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in public health and chemistry before attending the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science Physician Assistant Program. Leah has over 10 years of experience in orthopedics and dermatology and has used these experiences to excel in the treatment of medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Leah is passionate about personalizing her approach to skincare and understands that it is not a one-size-fits-all venture. She especially enjoys educating patients to help them to care for their skin and feel their best.
When not in the clinic, Leah enjoys traveling, reading, checking out new restaurants, exercising, and spending time with her husband, son and golden retriever.

The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. It was my first time visiting and I had to have a minor procedure. Everything was clearly communicated to me and I felt supported throughout the visit.

She instantly understood the type of pain and itching I was experiencing from a specific bug bite. Everyone at the Illinois Dermatology Institute was friendly and beyond helpful in getting my skin condition diagnosed! I really felt like I was listened to and all of my questions were asked, making my entire experience wonderful, and they even helped me sort out some prescription issues I had after contacting them about something a couple of days later. Absolutely recommended!
