UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. You don’t have to keep going through this alone. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure about the next step, therapy can be a space to breathe, sort through the noise, and rediscover your strength. I believe therapy should feel like a real, honest relationship, one where you feel safe, seen, and understood. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and non-judgment. We’ll work together to make sense of your experiences, uncover what’s holding you back, and move toward the life you want to live. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You just have to start. Things can get better for you, and I’m here to help guide that process.
